What is a Magnetic Invitation?
A magnetic invitation is a funky and modern alternative to paper invitations. With a high gloss laminated finish on the front and a fully magenetic back, why not look a cut above the rest. Your guests can place them straight on the fridge which will elimate them losing their invitation to your special day.

How much will it cost me to post a magnetic invitation to my guests?
Magnetic Ideas constantly checks with the Australia Post posting guide lines so that we pass on to our customers the correct posting information. It is within their limits of dangerous goods to post a magnetic invitation in an envelope through the post at a cost of a normal stamp (.60c). This is the same with international postage, you can post in an envelope using a normal international postage stamp.

How do I send my photo to you?

You can either post us your desired photo (which will be returned to you upon delivery of your order) or you can email it to us at info@magneticideas.com.au
TIPS: To get the best quality result, please scan any images at min 300dpi.


I like one design, but I want to change the colour. Can I do that?
Yes! You can change the colour on any of our designs to suit your style.


Can I have my own wording?

Most certainly. Our wording is used as a guide only and we would be more than happy to use your own wording.


Can I change the font?
Of course you can. If there is a particular font you like, please let us know and we will change it for you.


Can I have my guests names put on the invitations?
Yes you can have all your invitations individually personalised with your guests names on them. This is included in our price and is NOT an additional charge.


I like a design for engagement, can I use it for my 21st?
Yes. All our designs can be altered to suit your occasion. You can use any of our designs, for any occasion. They are categorised as a guide only.


Does it cost extra to make any changes?

At Magnetic Ideas we allow you up to 3 changes and 3 e-proof free of charge. If you require more than 3 changes (which most people don't) you may be charge a small fee.


How does the ordering process work?
All you need to do, is fill in the order/quoatation form, send us an email or give us a call. Let us know what you would like, and email us any photos, names, wording, guest lists etc. We will then create you an e-proof that we will send you for approval. Please check that all details and spelling are correct, and once we receive your approval and payment, printing will begin.


How long will it take to receive my order?
Usually we need about 10 working days until your order is ready to post. However if you need them earlier than that, please let us know, so we can arrange this for you. A priority order fee may apply.


How and when do I pay for my order?
We accept cheque/money order made payable to Elissca, direct credit into our nominated bank account or PayPal. Details will be provided upon order. Payment must be received by Magnetic Ideas before we can print your order. An receipt will be sent to you with your order.


How is my order posted?
We like to send all our orders express post so we have a tracking on them. All our orders are packed with paper between each magnet to avoid any scrathching while travelling and protected in bubble wrap to avoid damage.


What is an e-proof?
An e-proof is sent to you via email and is an image of your design. This is for you to check the design and that all spelling and details are correct before approving the design for print.
